| (i) |
The fees described above are for calendar year January-December, and are due on 1st January of each year. In case of late payment of licence renewal fee, the following schedule shall apply. |

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of February. |
Renewal fee + 5% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due. |

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of March. |
Renewal fee + 10% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due. |

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of April. |
Renewal fee + 20% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due. |

| (ii) |
Thereafter, cases of non-payment of licence renewal fee will be dealt as per section 44 of the Ordinance. |
| Each application for licence for which a fee is prescribed shall be accompanied by a remittance for the full amount of the fee in the name of “Director (Finance), PNRA, Islamabad”. |
| An annual increase of 10% in the licensing fee shall be applicable for all the facilities and activities tabulated in regulation 4. |
| The SRO 373(I)/2007 and schedule-1 of SRO 957(I)/90 and its amendments SRO 694(I)/96, SRO 770(I)/2007 and SRO 901(I)/2003 are hereby repealed. |
