LATE PAYMENT SURCHARGE

(i) The fees described above are for calendar year January-December, and are due on 1st January of each year. In case of late payment of licence renewal fee, the following schedule shall apply.

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of February.

Renewal fee + 5% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due.

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of March.

Renewal fee + 10% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due.

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of April.

Renewal fee + 20% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due.

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of May.

Renewal fee + 30% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due.

Renewal fee credited to PNRA account in the month of June.

Renewal fee + 40% of the renewal fee as surcharge in the year in which it falls due.


(ii) Thereafter, cases of non-payment of licence renewal fee will be dealt as per section 44 of the Ordinance.

PAYMENT OF LICENSING FEE

Each application for licence for which a fee is prescribed shall be accompanied by a remittance for the full amount of the fee in the name of “Director (Finance), PNRA, Islamabad”.

INCREASE IN LICENSING FEE

An annual increase of 10% in the licensing fee shall be applicable for all the facilities and activities tabulated in regulation 4.

REPEAL

The SRO 373(I)/2007 and schedule-1 of SRO 957(I)/90 and its amendments SRO 694(I)/96, SRO 770(I)/2007 and SRO 901(I)/2003 are hereby repealed.
