Administration Division

Administration is the backbone of any organization. In PNRA the mission of administration division is to facilitate the system functioning well and to achieve overall organization’s goals. This ensures that all admin duties are being performed in accordance with the rules of business and other instructions time to time issued by the competent authority.

Director Administration is overall in charge of PNRA administration division with well trained personnel. The duties in administration are well defined so that no ambiguity leaves behind. Administration is working to achieve the following major objectives.

To facilitate the officers and staff members equally with the efficient and quick response to keep them motivated.

To eradicate the hurdles promptly that may come while performing their daily routine jobs.
3
To provide a healthy working environment to the people so that they can perform their duties at their best.

To ensure the optimum use of the available resources.

To set an organizational culture in a way that makes all the employees feel free to improve their skills and learn more.

 

To maintain the administrative discipline and to achieve the objectives administration performs different duties under coordinated efforts of two main sections as under:

3. Pay & allowances
4. GPF & pension
5. Promotions
6. Creation and continuation of posts
7. Service books
8. Pay Fixation and annual increments
9. Security Record
10. Daily wages
11. Hiring of staff
12. Annual confidential records
13. Asset declaration record etc.

Administration:-

2. Procurement
3. Store and Supply
4. Advertisement
5. Repair & Maintenance
6. Security and fire fighting
7. Temporary advance and re-imbursement
8. Medical
9. Utility bills
10. Arrange Meetings and Seminars
11. TA/ DA bills
12. Welfare funds
13. Receipt & Issue
14. Recreational activities etc.
